• Automatically collected logs: deleted within 30 days according to the hosting provider's policy.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

We outsource certain functions to enable stable service delivery, and we stipulate required terms pursuant to Article 26 of PIPA.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): email routing (when contact@ge-node.com is in operation)

7. Destruction Procedure and Method

• Procedure: destroyed without delay once the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.
• Method: electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Security Measures

• Administrative: internal management plan, designated officer, periodic reviews
• Technical: HTTPS encryption in transit, access control
• Physical: locking devices for areas where records are stored
