What we offer
Data and simulation outputs only create value when they reach decision-makers. This solution focuses on translating analysis results into forms that clients, policymakers, and field practitioners can understand and act on.
Four tracks
1. Technical Advisory
- Review green-infrastructure disaster-resilience performance at master plan, basic plan, and detailed-design stages
- Regular meetings with client technical teams; direct practitioner support
- Handoff of simulation and surrogate models with usage training
2. Policy Reports
- Support Korean climate-crisis policy formulation
- Conduct commissioned policy studies for MoE, MoLIT, Seoul Metropolitan Government, etc.
- Integrate international academic evidence with Korea-specific application scenarios
3. Practitioner Training
- SWMM / LID workshops for municipal planners and hydraulic engineers
- Methods for incorporating simulation results into meetings and reports
- Custom training materials tailored to client teams
4. Public Lectures
- AI lectures for rural leaders and general citizens
- Analogy-centered teaching ("village AI forecaster" framing)
- Direct distribution of code, data, and models — anyone can replicate the demos
Recent case (May 2026)
LSTM lecture for rural leaders — explained how an LSTM predicts 6-hour runoff for a virtual farm catchment using a school-exam analogy. Code, data, and .pt models distributed by USB.
Engagement flow
- Client request + scoping meeting (purpose, scope, timeline)
- Proposal + estimate (1–2 weeks)
- Data collection + model construction (2–8 weeks, scope-dependent)
- Interim reports + feedback (every 2–4 weeks)
- Final report + handoff + 3-month follow-up advisory
